I have been involved in martial arts (Silat, Karate, Ninjutsu and Wing Chun) since the early age of 12 years until now (at the moment I am 60 years of age). In martial arts philosophy, everything begins and ends in a courteous and righteous manner. Following the way of martial arts is like scaling a mountain peak, a steady and continuous non-stop climb with no rest. It demands absolute and unfaltering devotion to the task at hand.
