In my opinion managing an organisation is more than just the strategic juggling of its dollar and cents, we should also give emphasis on ethical principals and common social etiquette. Of course in the quest for business survival, identifying problems and an expedient solution is extremely critical, but we rather go beyond this and would like to foster a strong culture in our organisation; one that can shape our people to uphold more refined attitudes and values.
